All services are now back online.
We are currently experiencing a major system outage due to a failed network component. We are working as quickly as possible to get the unit repaired.
As of now, we know that the following services have been impacted by the outage, and they are not currently accessible:
- Isilon Storage Grid
- Techmail/Office 365 (web access only)
- External Authentication servers
- Service Desk Website (ticketing system)
- Password Self-Service
- Classclimate (survey system)
Blackboard, telephones, and other services not mentioned appear to still be functioning. We also have reports of internet and phone outages in OGC.
