Unable to View Forms on myForsythTech Note: This issue often happens when Adobe Reader has not been installed or is out of date. 1. Navigate to https://get.adobe.com/reader/, and you will see this pop-up. Uncheck all of the option offers that I have marked with a red X and then click on Install Now. 2. Once you have installed Adobe Reader, try to reopen the 1098-T or W-2 form and you should see the amounts filled in. If you are still having issues, please contact the ITS Support Center.
