Q: How do I access my account?


A: First, make sure your supervisor has submitted an Employee Locator Form (ELF) for you. Doing so will create a ticket for our Systems Team to create your account. The account creation process usually takes up to 48 hours. If an ELF has been submitted you can contact the ITS Support Center @ (866) 517-3567 to see if your account is ready, and to get help logging in to TechLink.




Q: How do I access my employee email?


A: After logging in to TechLink, you'll see a link to your Employee Email above the Announcements tab in the center of the page. You can also navigate directly to your inbox by visiting https://email.forsythtech.edu. You can also access your email through the Outlook desktop application by following this guide.




Q: How do I find my Employee ID number?


A:  Log in to https://my.forsythtech.edu, then on the left side of the screen click User Options > User Profile, and your employee ID number is noted as your "Colleague ID" at the top of the User Profile page.




Q: How do I submit my time sheet?

Q: I'd like to change my account name to a different, preferred name, how do I go about requesting that?


A: You can request a Preferred Name Change from the Service Request page here.




Q: Where do I go for technical support? 

 

A: You can call the ITS Support Center @ (866) 517-3567 or come by our Walk-In desk in Allman Building room 106, located on Main Campus.




Q: How do I buy a parking pass? 


A: Visit your campus Cashier's Office to purchase a parking sticker, and be sure to know the make, model, year, and license tag of your vehicle.
