1. Click the menu button in the top right corner of your Google Chrome window, then click Settings from the drop-down menu.
2. Scroll down the Settings page and click Advanced to extend the list of options, then, under Privacy and Security options, click Content Settings.
3. Scroll down the Content Settings menu and click Popups.
4. In the Popups menu you can block or enable popups by clicking the toggle switch. If you do block all popups, you will need to add Allowed sites to the exceptions by clicking ADD, then entering the address of the site (http://blackboard.forsythtech.edu for example).
