1. Open the VMware Horizon Client icon.
2. Open vdi-acad-vcon01.forsythtech.edu.
3. Right click on the virtual machine. From the pop-up menu, select Reset Desktop.
4. Wait approximately 5-10 minutes before trying to reconnect to the virtual machine.
Note: On reconnect, the following message will appear if the reset has not been completed.
"All available desktop sources for this desktop are currently busy. Please try connecting to this desktop again later, or contact your system administrator”.
