Logging in to accept calls

Press the Log In programmable button on the telephone.


Logging out to decline calls

Press the Log Out programmable button on the telephone:


Access Call Center Web Portal

  1. Sign in to the voice portal: https://voice.forsythtech.edu (Use your TechID without the @forsythtech.edu and password. Ex. jsmith)
  2. Select the Call Center Icon

Manage Callback Queue


Add the Queue Callback List widget if it is not visible

  1. Select Settings > Add Content > Queue Callback List
