Logging in to accept calls

Press the Log In programmable button on the telephone.

Logging out to decline calls

Press the Log Out programmable button on the telephone:

Access Call Center Web Portal

  1. Sign in to the voice portal: (Use your TechID without the and password. Ex. jsmith)
  2. Select the Call Center Icon

Manage Callback Queue

Add the Queue Callback List widget if it is not visible

  1. Select Settings > Add Content > Queue Callback List
