Forwarding Office Calls to a Cell Phone

1. Visit the Fortinet Phone Portal - - and sign in using your TechID and password.

2. Select the Profile button located in the top-right  > Preferences.

3. In the User Settings area of Preferences, toggle the button next to Call Forward to ON.

4. Type a 9 and then your 10-digit cell phone number in the Forward To input area.


5. In the Incoming Calls area, toggle the button next to Retain original caller ID to OFF.


6. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select OK.
