How to Forward your Office Phone to another Phone Number

1. Visit and sign in with your TechID (without the and your TechID password.

2. Once logged in, click on the person icon with the downward arrow and click Preferences.

3. Within the Preferences under the User Settings section, toggle the Call Forward button to On and type in the phone number you wish to forward your calls to be forwarded to in the box below. You MUST include a 9 and the complete number!

3. You have now successfully forwarded all calls to another phone number.
