1. Each session is limited to 5 hours, if a disconnect occurs you can attempt to connect to your session within 8 minutes before the session ends, and if the computer is idle for 5 minutes your session will end.
2. To launch a new application, select the window icon and choose a new application from the list, as noted in Fig.1.
3. To end the session, select the person icon on the left side of the webpage and choose “End Session” from the drop-down, as noted in Fig.2.
4. To access files in AWS Appstream, select the folder icon as noted in Fig.3. When the “My Files” panel appears, a person can access files in two locations as seen in Fig.4. The “Home Folder” location stores files that are persistent within each person’s AWS Appstream. The “OneDrive” location stores files that are saved in OneDrive and can be accessed from either AWS Appstream or Techlink.
