Please follow the prompt below on how to fix your issue:
- Close all of your browsers completely.
- Lock your computer by using the Windows key + L as shown below:
3. Sign into the computer with your password by selecting Sign-in Options and clicking on the key icon as shown below:
4. When prompted, sign in with your full email address (including the @forsythtech.edu) and full password. Do not use your pin or fingerprint.
5. Once signed into your device, visit Colleague.forsythtech.edu again.
