UPDATE: TechID Password Portal ONLINE

Update (7/8/2016): The TechID Self Service Portal is back online.  We will continue to monitor the system throughout the day to ensure that it is working properly. If you encounter any issues with the service please contact the Help Desk @ 336-734-7395 or

The TechID Self-Service Password Portal is currently unavailable.  An upgrade attempt performed this evening to address an important security issue did not complete successfully.  We are working with the vendor to correct the issue, and we will post an update as soon as the portal is back online.

During the outage if you need a TechID password reset, please contact the help desk at 336-734-7395 during normal business hours.
